Hours: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM (6:00 PM – 9:30 PM in September and October, with last admission at 9:15 PM). Admission: Free. Hotel guests only. May be canceled due to weather.

November 2025
Sapporo Art Stage (City-wide Arts Festival)

A month-long festival of theater, music, and visual arts. The central venue will host installations in the Chikaho Underground Passage, the Sapporo Theater Festival, and school music programs.
Dates: November 1st to 30th, 2025.

Sapporo Factory “Jumbo Christmas Tree”

A beloved indoor tradition. A 15-meter fir tree in the glass atrium of the Sapporo Factory shopping complex (Chuo Ward).

Lighting Ceremony: Saturday, November 1st, 2025, 5:00 PM – The display will continue from early November to late December.

SAPPORO White Illumination (Multiple Venues in the Downtown Area)

Sapporo’s winter illuminations begin in late November. Please note that some venues will continue until early 2026. Please clearly indicate this in your blog.

Munich (Germany) Sapporo Christmas Market

As a sister city of Munich, Odori Park will host a festival market featuring mulled wine, German cuisine, and mugs with annual designs.

Dates: November 21–December 25, 2025 (Odori 2-chome).

December 2025

Sapporo White Illuminations will continue until December 25 at Odori Park and at other venues until 2026.

The Munich Christmas Market will be held in Odori Park until December 25th.

The Sapporo Factory Jumbo Christmas Tree will be on display in the atrium until late December, making it a convenient indoor photo spot for snowy days.
