JR Noboribetsu Station has been renovated with a new building, now equipped with elevators, making travel easier. [Note 1] The new station building features a Japanese-style design using Hokkaido wood, creating an elegant appearance befitting Noboribetsu, a city famous for its hot springs. [Note 2]
